Two large ceramic bowls for food and water, and a jute mat to keep them in place. I throw each bowl by hand on the pottery wheel from cream stoneware and press two small paw prints into the side before firing.

The bowls are wide and heavy, so they don't slide or tip when a bigger dog eats with enthusiasm.

What's in the set

• 2 ceramic bowls, size L – diameter 18 cm, height 7 cm, about 1000 ml each
• 1 natural jute mat – 25 × 44 cm

Good to know

• Made for medium and large dogs (roughly 15 kg and up)
• Food-safe, lead-free glaze inside; natural cream stoneware outside
• Dishwasher safe; the mat can be shaken out or wiped with a damp cloth
• Ceramic doesn't scratch like plastic, so bacteria have fewer places to hide
• Each bowl is handmade, so the shape and the stamp vary slightly – that's how you can tell it was made by a person, not a machine

Who makes it

I'm Jogita, a ceramicist in Latvia. Zuze Pet is my small studio – I make every bowl myself, slowly and in small batches. Over 880 pet owners have left reviews on my work.
